II. Recruitment Requirements

1. Pure labor cost, monthly salary of RMB 5,001–8,000

The scope of employee benefits includes the following:
1. Travel Allowance
Employees on business trips outside their home location are eligible for this allowance based on their respective rank.
2. Communication Expense Allowance
The company will provide you with a communication allowance commensurate with your position.
3. Holiday慰问 allowance
Employees receive this allowance every year on New Year’s Day, the Spring Festival, International Labor Day, the Mid-Autumn Festival, and National Day; in addition, female employees receive a special allowance on International Women’s Day.
4. Congratulatory and Condolence Allowance
The company will extend congratulations and condolence payments to employees on occasions such as marriage, birthdays, the birth of a child, or the passing of a direct relative. In accordance with national regulations, the company and other insurance providers will pay social insurance contributions on behalf of employees, covering old-age insurance, work-related injury insurance, medical insurance, maternity insurance, and unemployment insurance. Additionally, the company annually purchases personal accident insurance and comprehensive medical insurance for all employees.
Leave Policy
1. National statutory holidays:
All employees are entitled to the following paid holidays in accordance with national regulations: New Year’s Day (one day), Spring Festival (three days), Labor Day (three days), and National Day (three days). In addition, female employees are entitled to a half-day off on March 8, and employees with children under the age of 13 are entitled to a half-day off on June 1.
2. Annual Leave:
Employees who have completed one year of service are entitled to seven working days of annual leave; for each additional year of service, one additional working day of annual leave is granted, up to a maximum of 20 working days.
3. The company’s leave policies, including the two-day weekend, marriage leave, bereavement leave, maternity leave for female employees, and paternity leave for male employees, are all formulated in accordance with the Labor Law and relevant national regulations. In addition, the company provides employees with two days of fully paid sick leave each month.
